JetBuzz is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor is found to be using the platform, their account will be immediately closed and the full balance forfeited.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use JetBuzz: JetBuzz officers and employees, their immediate family members, and residents of countries where online gaming is completely prohibited.

To maintain fairness and security on JetBuzz, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account termination.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Playing games using bots or automation software.
• Placing fraudulent bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems.
• Using stolen payment information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.

JetBuzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances. We always endeavour to notify the member first.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
